Liz Silva combined her BS in Business Administration with over 20 years bookkeeping experience to establish Hamilton Bookkeeping in 2004. Liz's background includes corporate controller, business manager, and office manager for small and medium sized businesses. Specifically she cleaned up bookkeeping messes and set up simple bookkeeping systems specific to each business.
Liz's philosophy: accurate bookkeeping provides a business owner with a solid foundation to start, manage and grow a business. However many business owners find they have neither the time nor the expertise to do the bookkeeping themselves. As a result, they often struggle with QuickBooks® problems and paperwork messes. Hamilton Bookkeeping's unique 2-step process provides QuickBooks® setups, bookkeeping cleanups and maintenance. Using this system business owners gain control of the business, gain knowledge of what drives the business, and gain freedom to make better business decisions.
Liz is a Certified QuickBooks® Pro Advisor, and a member of the American Association of Professional Bookkeepers. She is active in the Beverly Chamber of Commerce, Beverly BNI, Peabody Chamber of Commerce, North Shore Women in Business, North Shore Business Forum, and the Hamilton Wenham Business Council.
